Community Nursing Role

As a Community Registered Nurse, you'll provide vital care and support to our clients, working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, with no weekend work or late-night shifts.

You'll have autonomy to manage your own day, with daily variety and the freedom to choose how you want to work. You'll feel valued by your clients and be part of a hardworking team who support each other.

We're looking for an experienced Community Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to our clients. If you have a genuine interest in working in the community and possess strong clinical assessment skills, excellent communication skills, and a current driver's licence, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes.
  • Work closely with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Assess client needs and develop effective care plans to address these needs.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant state or territory health authority.
  • Current driver's licence.
  • Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to develop effective care plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
