Key Change Management Role

This pivotal position plays a crucial role in ensuring employees are engaged, informed and supported throughout the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors and Payroll solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the execution of HR/Payroll change management strategies and plans to drive business outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough change impact assessments and collaborate with stakeholders for targeted interventions.
  • Maintain clear communication and coordinate stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Assist in training coordination, scheduling and tracking to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Support business readiness assessments and go-live preparations to minimize disruptions.
  • Develop and maintain change communication materials (FAQs, presentations, intranet updates) to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Monitor change adoption metrics, gather feedback and identify areas for improvement to enhance the process.
  • Provide support for workshops, meetings and training sessions to facilitate knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll and Business Readiness teams to align activities and drive consistency.
About You:
  • You must have 5+ years' experience in Change Management, HR Transformation or Business Readiness roles.
  • Familiarity with change methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter or similar is essential.
  • Experience in HR/Payroll system implementations (SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM or S/4HANA preferred) will be valuable.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are crucial for success in this role.
  • Skilled in coordinating training activities and supporting business readiness will be highly beneficial.
  • Organised, collaborative and focused on delivery outcomes, you should thrive in this dynamic environment.
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to engage diverse stakeholder groups is a must.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience in government, utilities or large enterprise HR transformation programs.
  • Background in HR policy, employee relations or workforce transition.
  • Exposure to SAP Activate methodology and HR data management best practices will be an asset.
