Support Clients to Independence

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to support our clients through empowering care and advocacy.

  • Assist clients in developing and maintaining independence, with a focus on their individual needs.
  • Deliver personalized support by assisting clients with daily tasks, such as mealtimes, personal care, and medication administration.
  • Transport clients safely and efficiently using wheelchair accessible vans and pool cars.
  • Monitor client well-being and report progress to ensure high-quality care.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An understanding nature and ability to empathize with clients.
  • A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum).
