We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Support Professional to provide person-centered quality support services to people with disability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality support services that prioritize the needs and goals of individuals with disability.
  • Support clients to set and achieve their personal objectives, promoting independence and empowerment.
  • Advocate for and assist clients, their families, and significant others in their lives, ensuring their rights and interests are respected.
  • Complete accurate and comprehensive documentation, including case notes and updates to client management systems, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications (minimum Cert IV in Disability or Individual Support) to demonstrate expertise and knowledge in disability support.
  • Strong interpersonal, role-modelling, and customer service skills to build trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving abilities with adaptability to respond to changing environments and priorities.
  • A commitment to upholding the principles of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
