About The Role
  1. Manage client relationships as a trusted advisor and drive issue resolution.
  2. Participate in incident and problem management and advocate for the client in resolutions.
  3. Develop and implement key account service level agreements with assigned clients.
  4. Action requests from clients and coordinate internal stakeholders to resolve queries.
  5. Prepare client reports on a monthly or quarterly basis as required.
  6. Assist with onboarding new products for existing and new clients.
  7. Maintain regular contact with clients to identify needs and ensure satisfaction.
  8. Champion service offerings and capabilities among existing clients.
  9. Lead and mentor junior staff within the CRM team.
  10. Maintain the CRM system to ensure efficient communication.
  11. Pursue revenue growth opportunities through cross-selling and contract review.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance-related discipline.
  • 4+ years in a client relationship management role.
  • 5+ years' experience in funds administration, funds management, or a custodian role.
  • At least 8+ years' experience in a corporate environment.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
