About This Role

As a seasoned client advocate, you will be instrumental in driving advertising solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for major accounts in collaboration with the Client Partner.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales performance and proactively address any deviations.
  • Maintain accurate records within our CRM system.
  • Contribute to a high-performance environment with clear objectives.

Working closely with internal teams, you will identify and develop tailored client solutions, support the delivery of high-quality client responses, and maintain positive relationships.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and manage priorities effectively.
  • Understanding of sales principles and customer service concepts.
  • Adaptability to changing environments and priorities.

Media experience is highly desirable, and knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
