About the Role

This is a pivotal position that ensures customer satisfaction and success with our data security platform. The right candidate will be a highly skilled professional who optimizes customer utilization, drives sustained adoption of our platform, and showcases expertise.

  • Serve as the primary technical expert on the platform, demonstrating in-depth knowledge and technical prowess.
  • Establish strong relationships with customers across various levels, from practitioners to executives.
  • Drive customer adoption through effective onboarding and training processes.
  • Understand customer requirements, challenges, and desired business outcomes, designing customized use cases aligned with their goals.
  • Proactively ensure customers realize the full value of their investment and maximize return on investment.
  • Identify and resolve obstacles or blockers impeding customer success.
Key Responsibilities
  • Advocate for the customer's voice and feedback, influencing our roadmap and product development.
  • Utilize self-paced training resources to support customer education and promote knowledge growth.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues impacting customers, ensuring smooth operation and seamless experiences.
  • Monitor and report on customer well-being, tracking key health and usage indicators.
  • Collaborate with customers to develop joint success plans and document best practices.
  • Mentor other team members, sharing expertise and assisting in their professional development.
  • Participate in the interview process to help identify and onboard talented individuals to the team.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with customers, evaluating progress and identifying areas for further improvement and collaboration.
