Customer Liaison Specialist

The role of the customer liaison specialist involves forging strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining effective client interactions by understanding their situation, financial goals and needs;
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to our clients, providing them with valuable insights and expert advice;
  • Supporting our ongoing client lifecycle management program through regular upkeep of client information, purpose-led interactions and timely responses to their queries;
  • Providing clients accurate and complete information to ensure efficient management of client interactions;
  • Proactively contacting customers on a regular basis to maintain effective relationships and continually assess portfolio growth opportunities;
  • Supporting client acquisition and referrals by assisting enquiries or leads from business partners;
  • Communicating with customers via email, phone (both inbound and outbound calling), webinar and podcasts in collaboration with our marketing team who will support you with relevant and purpose driven content;
  • Writing market commentaries as needed;
  • Meet annually with customers face to face if necessary and conduct monthly telephone discussions relating to their ongoing progress;
  • Assist with side projects to support the team and other departments;
  • Learn and utilize new concepts related to industry licensing, regulations, policies/procedures, available programs/services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2+ years customer-facing experience within the financial services sector;
  • Experience within a sales environment working diversified solutions;
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Proven track record working towards weekly or monthly targets and KPIs;
  • The ideal candidate must be fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
