Job Description:

  • Collaborate with the Enabling Units division to identify, evaluate, and onboard key suppliers while nurturing strong partnerships with existing vendors.
  • Develop and execute sophisticated sourcing strategies that leverage market insights to deliver cost savings and enhance value for the business division.
  • Partner closely with stakeholders in the division to understand their specific requirements and align sourcing strategies with divisional objectives.
  • Proactively assess supplier risks and implement robust strategies to mitigate potential disruptions and ensure continuity and reliability in the supply chain.
  • Ensure all sourcing activities adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices, driving excellence in procurement processes.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for supplier performance and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Champion sustainable sourcing initiatives that align with corporate social responsibility goals and enhance the company's reputation and commitment to environmental stewardship.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in negotiating complex contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and pricing.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess supplier performance, market conditions, and cost structures, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with procurement and sourcing software, data analytics tools, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Years of progressive experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, with a strong track record of managing high-performing teams.
  • Knowledge of sustainable sourcing practices and industry trends is highly desirable.
