A market-leading organisation in Australia's dynamic entertainment industry is seeking a driven professional to coordinate elite settlement processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage comprehensive financial transactions between all parties, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee billing operations and revenue collection activities with meticulous attention to detail and compliance standards.
  • Coordinate administrative functions supporting high-value commercial transactions within the entertainment portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, providing exceptional customer service throughout the settlement process.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and documentation, meeting all regulatory requirements.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and reconcile accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial procedures, contributing to accurate financial reporting.
Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of experience working in a similar role within a comparable organisation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field with strong knowledge across both accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and enjoyment of mentoring, supporting and coaching a collaborative team.
