The Settlements Specialist role supports the timely and accurate processing of settlements across various payment schemes. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, working closely with clients and financial institutions to meet cut-off times and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Process settlements and reports across all payment types (Visa, MasterCard, Bpay, etc.).
- Develop relationships and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, clients, and other financial institutions.
- Respond promptly and accurately to client service requests and internal queries.
- Identify and escalate issues, concerns, and client complaints to ensure prompt resolution.
- Contribute to quality assurance initiatives and continuous improvement in the team.
- Perform project-related tasks as required, including onboarding new clients and implementing scheme mandates.
- High level of accuracy, numeracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines; advanced Excel skills desirable.
- Strong technology experience and ability to master multiple systems and applications.
