Job Overview

As a key member of our Shared Services team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations for settlements with clients and Core Banking Services. This includes handling settlement and reporting across all payment types, building relationships with internal stakeholders and clients, and identifying and escalating issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the settlement process to ensure timely and accurate processing of payments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors.
  • Identify and escalate any issues or concerns that may impact settlements.
  • Contribute to quality assurance policies and continuous improvement in the team.
Qualifications & Skills
  • High level of accuracy, numeracy, and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills desirable.
