Financial Settlements Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our organization as a Settlements Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely settlements of new personal loan applications and will work closely with our team to ensure a smooth process.
The Role:- Ensure the timely processing of new personal loan applications
- Make necessary outbound calls to clients to notify them of the required steps to settle their loan
- Prepare loan documentation for customers, ensuring all details are correct, along with including documentation necessary to settle
- Report any issues with documentation/systems or processes to ensure a smoother process
- Register/remove security interest using the PPSR
- Candidate-orientated and committed to delivering an exceptional experience
- A minimum of 12 months of settlements experience
- Ability to manage your own time and workload effectively
- Experience in either unsecured or secured personal loan settlement, with a proven track record of success
- Thrives in a fast-paced role and enjoys changing environments
- Up to a 10% annual bonus
- Flexible work arrangement, working from home two days a week (Thursday & Friday)
