Job Overview

The role of a Settlements and Operations Specialist is pivotal in the day-to-day functioning of our organization.

This position entails facilitating timely and accurate execution of client instructions, with a focus on settlement and remittance operations for FX and equities.

  • Perform daily reconciliation of client/exchange/broker trade and position data, as well as prepare daily funding requirements.
  • Provide support to clients across various regions, ensuring their trades and accounts remain accurate and up-to-date.
  • Identify areas for operational improvement and suggest enhancements to procedures.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will possess experience in operations, settlements, or corporate actions within financial services, as well as knowledge of relevant regulations such as ASIC and AUSTRAC.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in operations, settlements, or corporate actions within financial services.
  • Educational background in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of ASIC and AUSTRAC regulations.
