Financial Settlements Director

We are seeking a skilled Financial Settlements Director to lead our team. As a key member of our operations group, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless financial settlements from unconditional through to completion.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead and develop the financial settlements team to consistently deliver high-quality outcomes and exceptional client experiences.
- Maintain visibility over all active files and ensure timely, accurate execution of each milestone.
- Monitor caseloads, settlement stages, and SLA adherence; step in to resolve bottlenecks or client escalations.
- Proven leadership and coaching skills with a focus on team performance and quality assurance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to provide clear, timely updates across functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and lead process improvements.
