Job Title: Institutional Equities Settlement Specialist

The role of Institutional Equities Settlement Specialist is a critical position that requires a high level of expertise in equities settlement operations.

  • Assist with the settlement process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of trades.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, trading desks, and custodians to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Monitor exception reports, reconcile daily/monthly dashboard signoffs, and provide proactive client service to both internal and external clients.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in financial markets operations.
  • Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
