Consumer Sales Professional

As a Sales Manager for our Independent Grocery & Pharmacy channel, you will be responsible for promoting and developing Kimberly-Clark's consumer brands and products across all categories to key customer accounts. You will work closely with our Regional Sales Manager to develop and implement successful customer-specific business plans to ensure targets are met for all product categories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement successful customer-specific business plans
- Build trust with key customers through strong, effective working relationships
- Analyze store sales results to identify areas of opportunity
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the market and local territory to assist in the development of tactical and strategic sales plans
- Establish and maintain accurate customer records through the use of digital tools
About You
You will be a recent or upcoming university graduate with a passion to grow and develop your career as an Area Sales Manager for a global FMCG company. You will have experience within the Pharmacy or Independent Grocery channel, and be a self-starter, proactive, and resilient individual with the ability to work autonomously. You will also have sound analytical skills and a current driver's license.
