Job Description:The Front Office Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless guest experiences at our hotels. This position requires an individual who can remain composed under pressure, possess meticulous attention to detail, and provide exceptional service to guests.
About the Role:As a Front Office Operations Manager, you will assist the Night Manager in overseeing hotel operations during overnight hours. Your responsibilities will include ensuring smooth guest arrivals and departures, accurately balancing daily transactions across all outlets, and maintaining strict security procedures to protect guest confidentiality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Night Manager in achieving daily transaction balances.
- Provide efficient and professional services for guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Maintain accurate guest accounts and ensure correct postings.
- Uphold strict security protocols to safeguard guest confidentiality and safety.
Additional responsibilities include responding promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, monitoring and reporting safety hazards or system issues, and ensuring wake-up calls, mail, messages, and parcels are processed accurately.
Requirements:- Prior experience in front office or night audit roles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
- Familiarity with hotel systems and audit procedures.
- NSW RSA certification and full working rights in Australia.
