Job Summary

This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front office, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and managing a team of front office staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the front office team to deliver high-quality service and achieve departmental goals
  • Ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Collaborate with other departments to address guest needs and provide a comprehensive hospitality experience
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve front office performance metrics and guest satisfaction scores
  • Manage room allocations, group arrivals, and VIP guests with attention to detail and care
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Proficiency in front office systems, such as Opera and Microsoft Office
  • Solid knowledge of front office procedures and hospitality best practices
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
