Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ICT Sales Manager to join our team based in Melbourne or Sydney. The successful candidate will lead a team of ICT Specialists and Sales Advisors at a community and national level, reporting directly to the National Sales Manager.

The ICT Sales Manager will be responsible for developing, motivating, and empowering their team to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers and drive growth of our business and commercial technology category. This includes managing strategic growth and acquisition sales, tender and bid processes, and expanding our portfolio through strategic acquisition, increasing opportunities and exposure for our ICT (Business Technology) and Commercial Technology categories.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in a people leadership or coaching role supporting other sales team members of a similar size within a B2B sales environment.
  • At least 3 years in the ICT technology industry, with experience in designing viable product solutions for a varied customer base, preparing and conducting compelling presentations and briefs, collaborating and networking with industry partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders and C-suite leaders, managing complex sales cycles and uncovering customer needs, building long-term, profitable and sustainable relationships with business customers.
  • Strong commercial acumen with an analytical and inquisitive mind.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, including pipeline management with the ability to initiate new ideas/concepts and manage complex sales cycles.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a must with exposure to PowerBI a bonus.
