Are you a strategic HR professional seeking to join a respected travel organisation in an onsite role?
About the Role:The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in generalist HR and proven ability to partner with business leaders and deliver practical HR solutions.
- Key responsibilities include workplace relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, policy development, investigations, case management, HR/Payroll systems and reporting across Australia and New Zealand, OH&S coordination, stakeholder engagement, EAPs, unions, legal advisors, and government agencies.
- A strong understanding of HR/Payroll practices across AU & NZ is essential.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a generalist HR role.
- Proven ability to partner with business leaders and deliver practical HR solutions.
- Strong understanding of HR/Payroll practices across AU & NZ.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Tertiary qualification in HR or Industrial Relations (preferred).
