Strategic HR Partnership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Business Partner to play a key role in driving organisational effectiveness and fostering a culture of performance and accountability.

  • This includes partnering with senior leaders and leadership teams to improve business outcomes through strategic and integrated HR solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of providing timely, specialist, strategic HR advice to enable early identification and resolution of complex or systemic people issues.
About the Role

As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives. Your expertise in employee relations, recruitment, and industrial relations & employment law will be invaluable in managing complex employee relations matters and grievances.

  • You will collaborate with senior leaders to drive improved business performance through strategically aligned HR solutions.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior HR generalist role within a dynamic environment.
  • Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to coach and influence senior leaders and leadership teams.
  • Ability to drive business growth through strategic HR initiatives.
