Strategic HR Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to drive the development and implementation of strategic human resource and industrial relations initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in leading complex projects and programs, with extensive experience in organizational design, workplace relations, change management, and systems improvement.
About the Role- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives, ensuring effective workforce planning, leadership capability development, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Design and implement enterprise-wide HR solutions that enhance business outcomes, employee engagement, and organizational resilience.
- Demonstrated expertise in HR strategy development, project management, and stakeholder engagement, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior leaders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights-driven recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.
