
Regional Business Development Manager

Job Overview
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee overall business performance of the region, ensuring effective management of recruitment, supervision, and training & development of personal trainers.
- Conduct interviews to recruit Personal Trainers to meet demand, leveraging people skills and networking abilities.
- Develop strategic partnerships with industry leaders for recruitment capabilities and creative pipeline expansion.
- Compile and produce comprehensive fitness department reporting, as well as financial analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Evaluate and ensure 100% compliance of trainer qualifications, insurance, and documentation.
- Achieve and exceed regional targets through strong stakeholder relationships and sales strategies.
- Design a scalable program of professional development for personal trainers.
- Promote marketing and lead generation strategies to increase PT penetration.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership ability, with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional business acumen, with minimum 2 years Fitness Industry experience in direct PT management, sales, or club management.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, strategic thinking, and forward planning.
- Experience in leading medium to large-sized teams, fostering a positive team culture.
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Recruitment expertise, genuinely enjoying finding high-performing trainers.
- Analytical skills, data analysis, trends, and metrics.
