This is a hands-on, high-impact role that involves managing relationships with partners and influencers to drive business growth.
">As a Regional Growth Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing partnership initiatives to drive growth across product areas such as crypto, cards, and more.
">You will identify opportunities and build a prospect pipeline of new affiliates, influencers, and KOLs. You will also propose and implement partnership recruitment and retention strategies.
">This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and remotely from the team while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
">The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in partnership management, affiliate marketing, or influencer marketing, with demonstrable experience growing marketing partnerships programs.
">You should be able to clearly explain previous strategies you've implemented to achieve KPI growth with affiliates, influencers, or KOLs.
">Key Responsibilities">- Develop and execute tailored partnerships initiatives to drive growth across product areas.
- Identify opportunities and build a prospect pipeline of new affiliates, influencers, and KOLs.
- Propose and implement partnership recruitment and retention strategies.
You will act as the initial point of contact for partnership escalations in your region, managing relationships with affiliates, influencers, and KOLs.
">You will collaborate with marketing and product teams to send regular regionally-applicable newsletters to your partners, with support from our agency.
">You will work closely with our external agency to design, implement, and optimize partner campaigns - ensuring clear communication and on-time delivery.
">This role requires cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product, Legal, and Analytics teams to develop integrated partnership processes seamlessly into existing workstreams.
">You will serve as the primary point of contact for regional partnerships, working closely with our agency to prioritize projects and resolve issues efficiently.
">You will use tools like Tableau and Google Analytics to measure partnership performance on a daily basis.
">You will report against KPIs and generate data-driven insights to refine your initiatives, partnerships, and strategy.
">You will provide regular, actionable reporting to various stakeholders to support agile decision-making and continuous improvement.
">You will deliver pitches for incremental budget to support brand awareness, marketing campaigns, and product launches.

- Demonstrable experience growing marketing partnerships programs is essential.
- Strong analytical mindset capable of interpreting data to drive quick effective resolutions.
