Key Role Summary

This role is focused on managing the performance of regional franchises to drive growth and profitability.

The Regional Franchise Manager will be responsible for implementing strategies to optimise revenue and operational efficiency, ensuring that all sites meet brand standards.

About the Position
  • Support franchisees in achieving key performance indicators.
  • Develop and implement a presales model to enhance business outcomes.
  • Conduct regular site audits to identify areas for improvement.

This position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for remote and in-studio work. The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH FRANCHISEES TO DRIVE BUSINESS SUCCESS.
  • PROVIDE SUPPORT AND GUIDANCE TO UNDERPERFORMING SITES TO CLOSE PERFORMANCE GAPS.
  • HELP FRANCHISEES EXPAND THEIR FOOTPRINT THROUGH NEW LOCATION ACQUISITIONS.

Responsibilities include:

  • DELIVERING PERFORMANCE REPORTS THAT HIGHLIGHT AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT.
  • TRACKING KEY METRICS SUCH AS MEMBER GROWTH, PROFITABILITY, AND OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual with:

  • EXPERIENCE IN THE HEALTH AND FITNESS INDUSTRY (MINIMUM 3 YEARS).
  • LEADERSHIP, COACHING, AND PRESENTATION SKILLS.
  • A PROVEN TRACK RECORD IN FRANCHISE MANAGEMENT (PREFERRED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL).
