- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain loyal customer relationships through outstanding customer service
- Support the customer relationship through regular follow-up calls, surveys, letters, and inbound contacts
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
- Contact customers to secure service bookings and highlight the benefits of our services
- Resolve complaints with courtesy and tact, making a genuine effort to resolve the issue
