We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Experience Specialist to join our retail team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, promoting our products, and achieving personal sales targets.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, with the ability to genuinely connect with customers and provide expert product knowledge. Previous experience in a retail environment is essential, as well as an energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of the job.

The Role:- Provide expert professional customer service to retail and trade customers
- Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts
- Develop strong product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
- Achieve and exceed personal sales targets
- Support other team members to ensure business goals are met
- Contribute to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping
