Customer Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Engagement Specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing our sales process from start to finish, liaising with clients throughout the quoting stage of frame and truss products through to delivery of finished goods to building sites.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with multiple stakeholders, build long-standing relationships, and identify new business opportunities.

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, strong time management skills, and the ability to develop relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with multiple stakeholders to build long-standing relationships
