Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Relationship Executive to join our dynamic team. This is a frontline role in a fast-paced inbound contact environment, designed to deliver a premium service experience.
About the RoleAs a key player in managing relationships with high-value business customers, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with these clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
You will deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly and accurately to inquiries and concerns, resolving complex customer issues through collaboration with internal teams, ensuring timely and effective outcomes.
Maintaining and updating customer records in the CRM system, generating insights through data analysis, identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency, contributing to cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving customer-centric strategies.
