The OpportunityYou will establish and maintain effective working relationships with support staff, ensuring delivery of high-quality customer care and solutions for aged and disability customers.
- Develop and maintain efficient schedules that meet business and client needs while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Manage ad-hoc changes to employee or client availability, including leave and work patterns.
- Engage in excellent communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and data integrity.
- Create and interpret reports to forecast resourcing requirements.
- Contribute to driving positive change when opportunities arise.
- Oversee time sheet approvals and ensure employees are scheduled according to industry standards.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Experience in scheduling, rostering, and working with Support Workers/Customers in Aged Care or Disability services.
- Awareness of the aged care and disability service provision sector.
- Excellent ability to work independently and use initiative.
- Ability to meet deadlines, handle volumes of competing priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multi-tasking abilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, particularly in dealing with sensitive information.
This is a hybrid role, working from home and either our Melbourne or Adelaide Office. Requirements include an NDIS Worker Screening Check, National Police Certificate, and Right to Work evidence.
