  • Manage reservations, waitlists, and cancellations to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
  • Built strong relationships with guests, noting preferences, dietary needs, and special occasions.
  • Stay informed on venue offerings, menus, hours, promotions, and seasonal events.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of reservation systems and ensure accurate guest records.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, pre-opening environment.
  • Knowledge of reservation systems and RSA certification.
