About the Role

Deliver exceptional guest experiences in a luxurious 5-star hotel setting.

Your Responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly, assist with valet parking and luggage upon arrival and departure.
  • Be familiar with the hotel facilities and services to provide seamless guest support.
  • Ensure the lobby and porte-cochère areas remain clean and organised, including clearing debris and arranging seating.
  • Offer recommendations on local attractions, restaurants, and activities to elevate the guest experience.
  • Assist guests with transportation arrangements, including booking taxis, limousines, and airport transfers.
Your Qualifications
  • Possess passion and pride for delivering luxury hospitality service.
  • Able to connect with guests and provide a personalised hospitality experience.
  • General knowledge of front office and concierge procedures is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with emotional intelligence.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
  • Flexible to work various shift times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Able to engage in manual handling following safe lifting procedures for luggage and bags.
  • Hold a valid full Australian driver's license.
