">About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Luxury Guest Experience Specialist. As a member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our hotel rooms are clean, comfortable, and meet the highest standards of luxury and service.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional room service and cleanliness in our hotel rooms
  • Cleaning all areas of the guest rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, floors, and corridors, to a high standard
  • Keeping a well-stocked inventory of all amenities and housekeeping equipment

You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our team to ensure that every guest feels welcome and valued during their stay.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience cleaning guest rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, floors, and corridors, to a high standard
  • Physical fitness, able to complete manual handling tasks safely and efficiently
  • Team working skills, with flexible availability to support the team across the week
  • Attention to detail
  • Commitment to delivering a 5-star service to guests
  • Efficient time management skills
