The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development and Retention Specialist to join our Sales and Member Service Outbound team. This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, offering a competitive salary of AU$65,000 - AU$80,000 per annum.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and customer serviceand possess excellent communication skills. Key responsibilities include:

  • Making outbound calls to members daily to discuss their current products and services;
  • Having meaningful conversations with existing members to identify opportunities for growth;
  • Providing personalized support and advice to new members to ensure a seamless onboarding experience;
  • Working closely with the team to achieve conversion targets and drive business growth.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to be adaptableand resilient, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines. You must also be results-driven and able to meet specific key performance indicators (KPIs).
