About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Member Engagement team as a Business Development Liaison.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with a range of CCIWA members to deliver high-level customer service and customer retention.
  • Assist in answering queries relating to CCIWA member services and identify member needs.
  • Develop and maintain a target list of prospective members and cross-sell suitable CCIWA products and services.
  • Utilise the CRM to document and manage pipelines, member interactions, and improve data quality.

About You

You will be a customer-focused individual with strong verbal and written communication skills and a high attention to detail. You will also have experience in a sales role and/or business development, ideally in B2B, and the ability to work well both individually and in a team environment.
