We are seeking a proactive Health and Safety Professional to lead our work health and safety strategies, regulatory compliance, and wellbeing programs across the organisation.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective work health and safety strategies that meet regulatory requirements
- Provide expert guidance on health, safety, and wellbeing issues
- Analyse data to detect trends and emerging risks
- Devise proactive strategies to mitigate risks
- Lead and coordinate the WHS Committee
- Manage complex WHS cases, including claims management and WHS legislation
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Extensive experience in a WHS Consultant or advisory roleDemonstrated skills and experience in leading WHS Strategy DevelopmentA strong understanding of health and safety legislation and regulatory environmentTertiary qualification in Health Science, Human Resources, or a related disciplineOur Benefits
