Excel in a newly created role focused on uplifting safety systems and fostering a proactive WHS culture.
This is not just a compliance role; the focus is on leading by example, effective consultation, embedding safety as the number one priority across all operations, and fostering a culture where safety and accountability are integral to everything we do.
The Successful Applicant Will Have
Proven experience in implementing Safety Management Systems and fostering a proactive safety culture.
Excellent consultation and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and inspire teams.
Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management principles.
A practical, solutions-focused approach to improving workplace safety.
Understanding of the challenges and opportunities in working in regional or remote areas.

Competitive salary of up to $114,694 PA, subject to skills and competencies outlined in the Position Description (a market premium may be considered based on the candidate's skills and experience).
