We are seeking a dedicated Workplace Health and Safety Specialist to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. As part of our HR team, you will play a crucial role in implementing workplace health and safety initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be proactive, and have experience in workplace health and safety. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and maintaining positive relationships with store managers
  2. Leading and managing workplace health and safety programs
  3. Creating and implementing comprehensive workplace health and safety strategies
  4. Reviewing and updating existing policies and procedures
  5. Coordinating regular workplace audits and risk assessments

**Key Requirements:**

  • Certificate I - IV
  • 3+ years of WH&S and Workers' Comp experience
