About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Account Director to manage a portfolio of tradie businesses in Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, managing their accounts, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of tradie businesses in Australia
- Act as the point of contact for clients and handle inbound/outbound calls
- Manage the full life cycle of customers, including growing, nurturing, and retaining
- Grow and retain revenue within your portfolio against monthly targets
About You:
- Experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Service
- Proven results against sales, retention, or similar KPIs
- Loves working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills and can provide solutions to customers
