National Account Director

As a highly skilled National Account Director, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key clients and maintaining stakeholder relationships. This role requires a strong commercial acumen, with the ability to make informed decisions that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effective program management to ensure Field Team members are set up for success
- Create and sustain a positive relationship with client stakeholders through an in-depth understanding of their business needs, challenges, and priorities
- Taking ownership and accountability for driving strategic direction of the client's programs
- Proactively seeking opportunities to provide proactive plans and innovation
About You:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional with a proven track record in Client Service or Field Management. You will be able to demonstrate effective communication across all levels of the business, with a high attention to detail and a willingness to take on new challenges.
