The estimated salary for this role ranges from $120,000 to $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and launch of Deputy's new Payroll platform, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
- Design and implement scalable processes for onboarding, implementation, and support of the payroll platform.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define business requirements and translate technical solutions that align with our platform architecture and scalability goals.
- Implement best practices for ongoing improvements to Payroll Operational processes.
- Support internal stakeholders, including customer support and operations teams, by maintaining technical documentation and providing guidance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to propose and implement improvements to our payroll CX.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience in Payroll or Workforce Management companies.
- In-depth understanding and expertise of payroll regulations, particularly in Australia but global experience preferred.
- Experience working in teams developing and launching new products from concept to market.
- Ability to build operational ecosystems supporting internal teams to drive high-quality, scalable customer outcomes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and passion for creating high-quality customer solutions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
