Key Responsibilities- Payroll Compliance: Ensure compliance with Awards, Agreements, and legislation, while managing governance frameworks and troubleshooting.
- Compliance Inbox: Address escalated payroll queries and third-party requirements efficiently.
- Governance & Reporting: Assist with journal entries, payroll GL reconciliations, pay run variance checks, and process reviews.
- 5 years in a high-volume payroll environment
- Expertise with large payroll system
- Strong knowledge of complex leave calculations
- Proven ability to identify process improvements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a customer-focused approach.
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
