We are seeking an experienced Payroll Compliance Specialist to join our team at TwoScots Recruitment. This role is focused on managing payroll compliance, governance, and accuracy while adhering to relevant legislation, company policies, and best practices.

About the Role

This strategic payroll expert will work closely with stakeholders to identify risks, improve processes, and ensure seamless payroll operations. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in a high-volume payroll environment and expertise with large payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Compliance: Ensure compliance with Awards, Agreements, and legislation, while managing governance frameworks and troubleshooting.
  • Compliance Inbox: Address escalated payroll queries and third-party requirements efficiently.
  • Governance & Reporting: Assist with journal entries, payroll GL reconciliations, pay run variance checks, and process reviews.
What We're Looking For
  • 5 years in a high-volume payroll environment
  • Expertise with large payroll system
  • Strong knowledge of complex leave calculations
  • Proven ability to identify process improvements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a customer-focused approach.
Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
