Job Summary

Fulton Hogan is seeking a highly skilled Finance Administrator to join our Newcastle Inner City Bypass Project Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing financial administration support, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintaining office and equipment registers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process site and delivery dockets, purchase orders, and supplier invoices
  • Prepare weekly payment run batches and assist in the allocation of budget
  • Ensure all actuals are correctly recorded in the monthly ledgers
  • Complete relevant financial reporting and maintain office and equipment registers
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role in a construction environment with data entry in online systems
  • Ability to prioritize, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail with an ability to pick out inconsistencies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft office applications
