Guest Experience Host

The role of a Guest Experience Host is to provide exceptional customer service to our owners and guests. This involves greeting and registering them, providing information on local area attractions, and completing all department-related paperwork.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for using various communication equipment, including telephones, facsimiles, and computers, to assist in the tour generation process and meet targets and KPIs as set by the business.

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar hotel position, a genuine passion for customer service, and excellent communicator skills. They will also be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive individuals with immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards.
