About the Role

As a Guest Experience Host, you will be responsible for greeting and registering owners and guests, providing expert knowledge on local area attractions, and working closely with the resort operations team to ensure seamless transitions during check-in.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and register owners and guests, ensuring a warm welcome to our resort.
  • Provide expert knowledge on local area attractions, inspiring our guests to explore and discover new experiences.
  • Collaborate with the resort operations team to provide a high level of service and ensure a smooth check-in process.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a similar hotel position, demonstrating a genuine passion for customer service and the local area.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and provide an exceptional experience.
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards, reflecting positively on our brand.
  • High levels of computer literacy, with the ability to use technology effectively to drive results.
