A Day in the Life

As a Guest Experience Host & Face to Face Sales Lead Generator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Greeting and registering owners and guests with a warm smile and a can-do attitude
  • Providing insider knowledge on local area attractions and hidden gems to enhance the guest experience
  • Ensuring all department-related paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently
  • Utilizing communication equipment like telephones, facsimiles, and computers to stay connected with our global network
  • Meeting guests face-to-face and generating sales appointments for our amazing resorts and livestream events
  • Building rapport with customers to deliver exceptional service and create lasting memories
  • Collaborating closely with the resort operations team to provide seamless transitions for owners and guests through the check-in process
  • Clearly articulating the benefits of traveling within our community
  • Meeting targets and KPIs set by the business to drive success

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in a similar hotel position or related field
  • A genuine passion for customer service and the local area
  • Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
  • Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a positive attitude
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
  • High levels of computer literacy and proficiency with PMS systems (e.g., Hirum, Fidelio, Opera)
  • The ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, public holidays, and school breaks
