Job Overview

We are seeking a Guest Experience Host & Sales Ambassador to join our team in Coffs Harbour. As a people person, you will be responsible for greeting and registering owners and guests, providing information on local area attractions, and completing all department related paperwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and register owners and guests
  • Provide information on local area attractions
  • Complete all department related paperwork
  • Utilize communication equipment including telephones, facsimiles and computers
  • Meet with guests face to face and generate sales appointments for our sales centers located at our resorts and via livestream
  • Establish rapport with customers to deliver an exceptional experience
  • Collaborate with the resort operations team to provide high level service and seamless transitions for owners and guests through the check in process
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of traveling within our community
  • Meet targets and KPIs as set by the business
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar hotel position
  • Passion for customer service and the local area
  • Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
  • Self-motivated and positive individual
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
  • High levels of computer literacy
  • Experience with a PMS system advantageous
  • Able to recognize and solve problems in the workplace
  • Flexible schedule requirements including nights, weekends, public and school holidays
