Key Responsibilities:
  • Register owners and guests, provide information on local area attractions and complete all department related paperwork.
  • Utilize communication equipment including telephones, facsimiles and computers to greet and meet guests face to face and generate sales appointments for our sales centers located at amazing resorts and via livestream.
  • Develop strong rapport with customers to ensure an exceptional experience is delivered, work closely with the resort operations team to provide a seamless transition through the check in process.
  • Effectively articulate the benefit of traveling within Wyndham Destinations community and meet targets and KPIs as set by the business.

This role requires availability for weekend and public holiday shifts.
