Role Overview

Main Responsibilities
  • Greet and register owners and guests, ensuring a seamless check-in experience.
  • Provide information on local area attractions and activities to enhance the guest's stay.
  • Complete administrative tasks related to department operations.
  • Utilize communication equipment, including telephones, computers, and other devices, to effectively communicate with colleagues and guests.
  • Meet guests face-to-face to generate sales appointments for our resorts, promoting our services and products.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to deliver an exceptional experience, meeting their expectations and needs.
  • Collaborate closely with resort operations teams to provide a high level of service, ensuring a smooth transition for owners and guests.
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of traveling within our community, highlighting the unique experiences and opportunities available.
  • Meet set targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) as established by the business.

Requirements

Main Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar hospitality role, preferably in a hotel setting.
  • A genuine passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • An enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive individual who embodies the values of our organization.
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards, reflecting positively on the company.
  • High levels of computer literacy, with proficiency in using various software applications.
  • Previous experience with property management systems (PMS) is highly advantageous.
  • The ability to recognize and solve problems in a proactive and efficient manner.
